1Acceptance of Terms

6User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the 6v999 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following activities are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 6v999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any prohibited conduct, with or without prior warning, and to withhold any associated balances pending investigation.

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen or unauthorised payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to access the Platform in any way.
